Archive: Friends: Alex

I met a friend on Twitter and enjoyed talking with them. I don't have contact with them anymore, unfortunately, and I quite miss them. They were super into Genshin Impact, and had made a sona on Picrew for it at some point. I decided to get a little silly and give it a character card. Small problem: I couldn't just grab a PNG of the background of the cards at the time. I had to painstakingly copy the card background from the various references that existed, which took hours. I had a lot of friends ask me to give them just the background so they could do their own. It only worked for one region, obviously, but you could change the colors and element symbol pretty easily. The legs look wonky, like one has its hip way higher than the other leg without having the actual hip be higher. The wrist of the hand holding the glaive is a little thin, too. Other than that, though, I'm still pretty proud of this piece. I don't like Genshin myself, though. Unfortunately I don't think I have the card background by itself anymore.
