OCs: Final Girl Syndrome: Marcy and Empress

Marcy and Empress are an inseperable duo, so of course I drew them together for Goretober in 2024. The prompt was Bruises. These two are basically the "attack squad," working together to try (and ultimately fail) to kill the Killer themselves. I haven't decided if they're dating or not yet, but I get the feeling that a lot of people will assume they are. Marcy, in the pink jacket, is a kickboxer. She is is my first and so far only plus sized character, so I use her for drawing practice a lot. I need to get better at considering that design angle. Empress, in black, is a fencer, but instead of an epee she just uses a shortsword. The girls in Final Girl Syndrome have heavy animal motifs, with Marcy's being kangaroos and Empress' being scorpions. I've only ever drawn blood before, so bruises felt like a fun challenge. I'm not sure if I'm pleased with the outcome or not, but as a first attempt I suppose it's fine. It kind of looks more like mold.
